Emtek Geneva Lever Square Rosette

4 stars for Emtek, 5 stars for DHE. We installed Emtek lever latches throughout our house when we built 15 years ago. In the last year, the internal spring that keeps the lever horizontal and the latch closed, have broken on four lever sets. The only option seems to be to replace the whole lever set. The hardware is beautiful and still looks great. I just wish there is a way to replace the broke parts without replacing the whole lever set. The DHE website is easy to use, with easy to understand instructions on determining the handing. Dee is great with customer service and I appreciate her quick response. I wish all online companies were like DHE.
