After several years of malfunction with my previous hardware as well as being told by many people replacing the handset on my multi-point system would be near impossible, I found Dee at Door Hardware Etc. I can’t say enough good things about her service! She was very helpful and the end result is a beautiful new handset that works without a flaw! I can actually use my entry doors again.
