1. Dee the customer service gal was outstanding! I left on message on Friday night, she called me on Sat morning! Crazy, but much appreciated. She was very patient, and guided me to ordering the right unit. Can't say enough good things. 2. The product was exactly as Dee described. The website should show better dimensions, and describe what left and right meant. I installed it within an hour. 3. The only thing I wish is that it included a strike plate. But that is ok, I found a way around that. Keep up the great work everyone at DHE!

A: Yes, this set is configuration 5 with Euro cylinder below the lever.

Q: What does this door handle come with? Is this complete with all the necessary hardware?

A: The set is supplied with interior and exterior trim plates with levers , spindle, mounting screws and cylinder when applicable. No internal multi point lock system is supplied.
