So far so good. I bought these a couple weeks ago to replace a set of brass hinges that had corroded and seized up. They are really beefy. Very nice finish. The only slight issue was that the screw holes were much larger than the stock hinges. They come with a #12 screw but I ended up getting longer #14 screws. The #14 screws are a hair over flush but they fill the counter sink area with enough clearance for the door to fully close. There weren't installation instructions so I mounted them with the hinge cap hole facing down. Some kind of instructions with lubrication information would have been nice. I realize that they won't need to be touched for years, but still. 4 starts because I don't know the longevity yet. BTW, DHE packaged them well and shipped them quickly.
