Emtek 83231 Radius Face Plate

I completely screwed up an Emtek order from another vendor and had to order extra parts to fix my problem. Somehow I got to door hardware etc. And placed an order for this product as well as a few others. Dee called me to make sure the part I needed was correct and ended up helping me realize I needed a few other Emtek parts, as well. They were installed this week and everything Dee helped me with worked perfectly. I wish I found them Earlier in my construction process. The pieces arrived quickly, exactly As ordered, and the are a delight to work with. Product as expected and service far exceeding expectations- thank you!

Items came individually packed in small plastic envelopes. All were in perfect condition. Solid construction. Fit perfectly.
