Q:
I have the 5101RLUS3 lever door handle in hand rubbed bronze finish. The return spring in the latch mechanism has broken and the latch does not return to its latched position on its own. Is it possible to only replace the inner mechanism with the spring rather than the entire door latch? The outside latched is keyed. Thank you
